We hope these answers are encouraging, but in a 30-minute conversation, we could learn more about your vision and address pointed questions about our approach, support, and successes.
Full Management is end-to-end accountability: we take operational responsibility for daily operations, departmental oversight, budgeting, BI reporting, and capital planning.
Select Services is targeted expertise without a management transition: flexible engagements across our six disciplines (Club Operations, Sales & Marketing, Agronomy, Purchasing Power, Strategic Advisory, and Fleet Management). Reporting and employment structure stay in place, as our team works collaboratively with your onsite leadership in an advisory capacity.
No. In Full Management, our model integrates seamlessly with your existing staff wherever possible. We add depth, systems, accountability, oversight, training and development rather than displacing people who already know your members and your culture. In Select Services, your team and reporting lines stay entirely in place; we come alongside them in support.
Private clubs, daily-fee courses, semi-private clubs, municipal courses, and resort properties. Our portfolio spans more than 70 properties across North America; we bring the same operating discipline regardless of the model, with obvious differences associated with expanded amenities and service-level expectations. There is no minimum portfolio size for Select Services.
Full Management: three to five years initial term, with renewal options aligned to ownership’s long-range plan.
Select Services: three years initial term, aligned with our focus areas. Shorter-term engagements may include market analysis, executive search, and facility analysis (e.g., acquisition, renovation, or long-term capital planning).
Pricing is custom to each engagement and reflects scope, operational complexity, property size, and your specific goals. For Full Management, fees are typically comprised of a base rate plus a performance-aligned variable rate component. For Select Services, engagements are scoped per focus area with clear deliverables. We will share specifics during the discovery conversation.
Full Management: our team can engage within 30 days of a new relationship decision. Once our engagement begins, a 60 to 90-day transition period is typical. Weeks 1 to 4 involves listening to the Owner or Board, GM, superintendent, and longest-tenured core customers and/or members, to determine what is working well and where immediate opportunities for improvement can be realized. Weeks 4 to 8 revolve around systems integration and team alignment. Week 8 onward we solidify the operating rhythm.
Select Services: Our team can engage within 14 days of a new relationship decision. Once engaged, we work within your existing systems and operating cadence.
Monthly and quarterly KPIs aligned to ownership objectives, reviewed in monthly business reviews. Standard metrics include: revenue per adjusted round (REVPAR), member retention, F&B prime cost, restaurant covers, event bookings, member sales, labour ratios, course condition ratings, capital plan adherence, and member satisfaction (Net Promoter Score where applicable). The metrics can be visible to the board in real time through our BI dashboards.

Yes. After an initial conversation we are happy to introduce you to a Board chair, GM, or owner currently in our portfolio whose situation parallels yours. Real conversations about real outcomes. That is how decisions like this should be made.
Every club is different. Every board has its own politics. Every course has its own quirks. The fastest way to get a real answer about your specific situation is a real conversation.
